Telephone advice; we are happy to provide you with advice by telephone as long as it is appropriate for us to do so.
We ask for 24 hours notice so we can prepare and have your pet's prescription ready for you to collect in reception.
A repeat prescription re-examination will be required at regular pre-determined intervals so that we can monitor your pet's health and response to the medication
We are happy to accept requests for a second opinion about an ongoing case. We will need a full relevant case history from your veterinary surgeon to enable us to provide you and your pet with the best care and advice.
Vaccinations are recommended for all dogs, cats and rabbits.

Flea and worming programmes must be applied at regular intervals to prevent re-infestation.

Puppy Growth rate
Monitoring the growth rate of large breed puppies. The puppies are weighed every 2 weeks for the first year of life and dietary adjustments recommended to try to prevent manifestation of developmental skeletal disorders such as Hip and Elbow dysplasia. This service is free for clients purchasing Large Breed Growth diet from the practice.
